A six-point star pattern is expertly
laid out with purple-and-blue canes outlining orange centres all around a white
central cane. A complex dark blue cane is set between each point of the star,
contrasting well with the light blue ground.
The signature cane is tucked in
between two arms of the star, and can just about be seen at the 10 o'clock
position in the picture, a little further out than the flash
reflection.
Dark glass indicates 1930s period.
UV tests confirm pre-Caithness.
