This overall form of this upright (3D) Flower is very similar to the 3D Butterfly weights, with the main element set over a millefiori ground. The base shows the same type of finish also.

Smaller examples of similar design are known (perhaps 50 to 60 mm diameter) which may be Vasart Ltd. or early Strathearn.
