The PY cane in both of the first two Star pattern weights is very difficult to see as it is very small and set amongst the arms of the star. As far as is known, Paul Ysart always included outer single canes in "Roundels" (or "Rondello") weights, as shown in the example at Row 2, Col 3. The same concept of outer single canes may also apply to all Paul Ysart Star weights.
